La Bisilique de Sacre Coeur: The Sacred Heart

Hi everyone, I have a few more photos from my trip to Paris to share.

Paris has many beautiful churches but my favorite church on our sightseeing tour was the Sacred Heart. This church is situated on a hill overlooking the beautiful town below. It is quite a climb to reach the top but they do have a cable car for those who would rather not do the long trek up the hill.

If you are planning to visit Paris I would recommend stopping by this church.

This is the view after we climbed the hill to get halfway to the church!

This is the view from the church once we got up the hill.

The beautiful church with its domed roof

The only downside to visiting this church is that once inside you are not allowed to take photos. I took some anyway because I didn't know if or when I would ever be back to this beautiful church and after going all that way I had to get some photos.

And this was my neighborhood while I was in Paris, I really miss it, I felt so at home.

After going to Paris for the first time a few weeks ago I actually feel like visiting more now than I did before! When you dream of going somewhere and it not only meets your expectations but surpasses them it is a great experience.

I hope everyone is having a great Monday, I am already looking forward to the weekend :)
