On Pinterest I have an entire board dedicated to scrumptious cupcake recipes which you can find HERE. This recipe is my favorite and these triple coconut cupcakes are some of the best cupcakes I've ever had! They are delectably moist with just the right amount of sweetness and they have an incredibly creamy coconut flavor with a crunchy toasted layer.
Recipe substitutes: Instead of using boxed yellow cake mix as suggested my sister made a vanilla cake base from scratch! We also used the shredded coconut as a garnish instead of mixing it into the icing. For this incredible cupcake recipe click HERE and thank me later :)
Another one of my favorite desserts are chocolate covered strawberries. I previously bought them at the Hershey Store in Niagara Falls Canada for $15.00 per 7 strawberries! You're probably thinking that price is criminal and I agree but they were the BEST I'd ever had! Fortunately I learned to make them at home by using the Hershey milk chocolate chips which are insanely delicious. I melt the chocolate on the stove or in the microwave while stirring in a bit of shortening. I then dip the berries in the chocolate and coat them with optional toppings like crushed nuts or coconut. Refrigerate and voila! You have yourself a delectable treat.
