I love fresh fruit so today my mom and I got out the blender and whipped up some delicious and nutritious smoothies. This smoothie is packed with vitamins and antioxidants and it contains no sugar or preservatives.
Ingredients:
*Mixed frozen berries
*Fresh cherries
*Pineapple
*Fresh mango
*Unsweetened almond milk
*Very ripe banana
What do you put in your smoothie?
This looks soo good! I actually make a similar smoothie to drink in the mornings! I love to use strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, and pineapple juice. I'll have to try adding mango to it though!
ReplyDeleteI try not to add berries with too many seeds like blackberries or raspberries because I don't like crunching them and I cant always just swallow them lol
DeleteMMmm looks yummy. I like to make berry smoothies. I want to try this recipe and give it my my kids as well. They love smoothies :)
ReplyDeleteIt's great that your kids love smoothies! So many kids won't eat fruits.
DeleteI love a good simple strawberry and banana smoothie. I just need to get a new blender. Our old one recently went on the fritz.
ReplyDeleteThe smoothie looks absolutely delicious, I will be sure to try it soon! Thanks Erica for the comment on my blog! Yes, I do have bloglovin and would love to stay connected :) I have followed you.

Delicious! I started having a homemade smoothie every morning now for about 2 months. I blend spinach, banana, peaches, strawberries, blueberries and chocolate whey protein. Would love to find a big bag of Welch's frozen fruit like you use.
ReplyDeleteYUM! I haven't had a smoothie in awhile, but I always add some yogurt to whatever fruit concoction I come up with.
ReplyDeleteThis looks so good too! Might have to give it a go!
