Healthy Dinner Idea

I try to eat healthy, go to the gym and make use of the My Fitness Pal app, but there are some days when I just don't have as much time to make intricate cookbook type meals for dinner.

This is the simple meal I prepared tonight with a little help from M and M Meat Store.I made a green salad with my own dressing, baked garlic and herb potatoes and I stopped by M and M Meat Store and got some  seasoned chicken breast stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach.

Green Salad:
-Romaine lettuce (as much as you want)
-Green Onion
- Mandarin orange
-Raw sunflower seeds
- 1 cheese slice crumbled (this can be low fat cheese if you like) 1 cheese slice =55 calories
Salad dressing :
-Grape seed oil
-Balsamic vinegar
-Sea salt
-Black pepper
-Garlic powder (optional)
 *make as much as you want.

Garlic and herb potatoes:
-6-8 medium white potatoes diced with skin
-2 cloves of fresh garlic mashed into a big mixing bowl
-Grape seed oil or extra virgin olive oil (enough to coat the potatoes)
*Sprinkle the potatoes with:
-Parsley flakes
-Italian herb seasoning
-Mrs Dash original blend
-Garlic powder
-Onion powder
-Black pepper
-Seat salt
*Bake potatoes until they are soft on the inside, crispy on the outside

Chicken breast from M and M meat shops
Boneless seasoned chicken breast, stuffed ricotta cheese and spinach, garnished with herbs.
*Nutritional information:
-150 calories
-4.5 g of fat
-25 g of protein
You can make your own seasoned baked chicken breast if you do not have an M and M store where you live.
