Annabelle Cosmetics: New Products and Limited Edition Lipstick Crayons!

If you read my previous review on the Annabelle TwistUp Retractable Lipstick Crayons then you know that the smooth, creamy formula is one of my favorites! Today I am super excited to share the new limited edition shades!

The new color range includes: Nude of Fame, Heartbreaker- (sparkly deep red), Heavy Petal- (shimmery fuchsia) and Rock and Rose- (light, shimmery pink).

The formula of the crayons is very hydrating and contains omega oils and shea butter to nourish dry skin and glide on buttery smooth. The subtle sparkle provides a touch of radiance and the pointed tip allows for precise, easy application and works well for lining the lips. The crayons are also perfume and paraben free!

Unlike the two gorgeous shades I reviewed previously from the Bordeaux and Pink categories, the new lip crayons offer lighter coverage and provide medium to sheer pigmentation. For the winter months the creamy color and long-wear moisture helps protect against the elements and you can find the crayons at Shoppers Drug Mart, Walmart and Target for $9.95 each.

To compliment the new lip products and makeup Anabelle has also introduced a wonderful line of waterproof lip liners and kohl eyeliners. This packaging is my favorite because the design is easy to use so you get the most out of the products. You simply push the end of tube upwards which slightly retracts in to reveal more product. The best thing about the liners is that they are self sharpening so no matter how much you use them and dull the tips they are sharpened perfectly and automatically each time you recap them! The first time I saw this design was with high-end liners and I think it is quite ingenious!

The Lip liners are available in a variety of colors and last up to 6 hours with a hypoallergenic formula. They glide on smooth and allow for controlled application and great sculpting.

The eyeliners last up to 14 hours for smudge-proof color that glides on to provide great pigmentation and bold, consistent lines. I actually use the creamy deep brown eye pencil to define, shape and fill in my eyebrows which works wonders! 

Annabelle has also  released the Instaglam Brow Design + Fix and which is quite unique. The actual brow color is a thick, felt tip marker-pen that has a pointed tip for precision, control and versatility.

The actual color is very sheer which creates a natural effect to prevent the drawn-on look. The other side of the tube contains a transparent holding gel that keeps each hair in place and your brows looking neat and tidy.

The color is very subtle which makes it difficult to fill-in thin areas, gaps and sparseness. I combine it with a deeper pencil or brow gel for more definition and shape. The marker would have been a lot more effective if it had more pigmentation and buildable coverage but I think the design is a good idea. It is available in 2 shades, light/medium and medium/dark and retails for $12.95.

The Big Show waterproof mascara offers ultra black color with no lumps or clumps. I like the design of the nylon bristles because they grip lashes and provide length and volume for a naturally enhanced effect. This is a good everyday mascara and holds up all day without running, it retails for $.9.95.
