Fruit smoothie

I love fresh fruit so today my mom and I got out the blender and whipped up some delicious and nutritious smoothies. This smoothie is packed with vitamins and antioxidants and it contains no sugar or preservatives.

Ingredients:
*Mixed frozen berries
*Fresh cherries
*Pineapple
*Fresh mango
*Unsweetened almond milk
*Very ripe banana

What do you put in your smoothie?

  1. This looks soo good! I actually make a similar smoothie to drink in the mornings! I love to use strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, and pineapple juice. I'll have to try adding mango to it though!

    1. I try not to add berries with too many seeds like blackberries or raspberries because I don't like crunching them and I cant always just swallow them lol

  3. I love a good simple strawberry and banana smoothie. I just need to get a new blender. Our old one recently went on the fritz.

  7. Delicious! I started having a homemade smoothie every morning now for about 2 months. I blend spinach, banana, peaches, strawberries, blueberries and chocolate whey protein. Would love to find a big bag of Welch's frozen fruit like you use.

  8. YUM! I haven't had a smoothie in awhile, but I always add some yogurt to whatever fruit concoction I come up with.
